The Kenya Institute of Supplies Management has launched a nationwide effort to verify membership data, aiming to audit and remove unlicensed personnel operating within the supply chain sector. CEO Kenneth Matiba says the initiative has already uncovered 17 unlicensed operators within the past two weeks, with individuals found in key public offices such as the Technical University of Kenya, the pyrethrum processing company, and the Kenya National Examination Council. And as Jimmy Mbogoh reports, the campaign is also targeting county governments.
