Homabay county govt working on plan to offer accessible sexual reproduction services for the youth

County governments in the country have made strides educating the community on Sexual and Reproductve Health Rights ,efforts that have contributed to a national decline in teenage pregnancies from 33% in 2022 to 23 percent in 2024.
