Raila : I'm listening to Kenyans before formalizing broad based pact with Ruto

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga says he will listen to Kenyans before formalizing a broad-based pact with the Kenya Kwanza government. Speaking in Migori and Homa Bay counties during his routine consultative meetings, Raila also called on President William Ruto's administration to address pressing issues, including challenges in the Social Health Insurance Fund, delayed disbursement of funds to counties and cases of abductions
