Former Kiambu governor Ferdinand Waititu’s bid for bail pending appeal has hit another snag after the director of public prosecutions objected to his fresh application. Appearing before Milimani law courts to secure his freedom, the DPP opposed Waititu’s bail application, arguing that the matter had already been decided by the same court, rendering the renewed request inadmissible.
