Following Vice-President Mahamudu Bawumia's concession in Ghana's election, jubilant supporters of opposition candidate John Mahama have been celebrating on the streets across the country. The BBC Africa correspondents Thomas Naadi and Komla Adom were in Tamale and Aboabo to capture the mood and to hear from the voters celebrating the results.
