Education Cabinet Secretary Migos Ogamba has directed all public and private secondary school head teachers across the country to release all k.c.s.e certificates to students whose certificates have been detained by schools due to fees arrears. Speaking in Mombasa county during the handing over of the old Mama Ngina Girls High School to Mvita tvets learning institution in Mombasa county, the cs, warned that those headteachers who will fail to comply will face disciplinary action. Cs ogamba says the government plans to increase the number of tvet students to a number larger than those in universities.
