Four suspects remanded over kidnapping and threats against retired officer

Four suspects accused of hijacking, kidnapping, and robbing retired senior government officer Titus Muteti Kilika (formerly Chief Physiotherapist-Kenya) in Machakos County will spend another 21 days in remand as they await a decision on their bail or bond terms.
