A Mombasa Court has been informed that the Prosecution in Paul Nthege Mackenzie and 94 others case is ready and has lined up 422 witnesses to prove 238 counts of manslaughter in the Shakahola killings.Chief Magistrate Alex Ithuku further heard that besides the testimonies of the witnesses, the DPP will table electronic and other exhibits to firm up the case.
