The National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) in Mandera South has launched a 7 million shillings bursary kitty to support the most vulnerable students in the constituency. The initiative, announced at Mandera Teachers Training College by Mandera South Member of Parliament Abdulwahab Kore, is set to benefit students in schools, colleges, and universities, with a special focus on those pursuing teaching courses.
