vNyeri governor Mutahi Kahiga has called on President William Ruto to make changes in parliament and restructure its leadership. Kahiga claims that a section of MPs who are in parliamentary leadership positions are among those who misadvised the president particularly on the finance bill 2024 that has since been rejected.
