Kwenye taarifa rais alisema kuwa hospitali zilizoidai iliyokuwa bima ya NHIF deni la chini ya shilingi milioni-10 ni asilimia 91 na zitalipwa kikamilifu. Vituo vya avya vinavyodai zaidi ya shilingi milioni-10 vitasailiwa katika muda wa siku 90 ambapo baadaye malipo yataafikiwa.
