People with mobility disability marked the world wheelchairs day in various counties today. In mombasa the person's with disability held a 5 kilometre walk from miritini to portriez to raise awareness on the importance and impact of wheelchairs around the world. The national council for persons with disabilities chairperson elizabeth chesang has called for inclusivity of persons with disabilities. Persons with disability who participated in the walk want the government to fully implement the regulations that require all buildings to have the required facilities for easy access.an estimated 100,000 people are in desperate need of suitable wheelchair assistance.
