And now to Baringo County where infrastructural challenges facing many schools are threatening efforts to achieve positive learning outcomes. Tiaty sub-county is among the most affected areas as learners in many schools are forced to learn under trees due to shortage of classrooms with their instructors also forced to use makeshift offices.
