The Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations boss Mohammed Amin skipped court yet again in a case filed by human rights organizations over the abduction of three young men in Mlolongo, Machakos County. The duo through their Counsel Paul Nyamodi informed the Court that they were not served properly with documents and prayed for the orders issued on 8th and 13 January to be overturned.
