The five chiefs who were abducted by suspected Alshabaab Militants in Mandera County and later released have been reunited with their families. The 5 namely Mohammed Adawa, Mohammed Hassan, Abdi Hassan, Mohmmed Noor Haache and assistant chief Ibrahim Gabow could not hide their joy after they were reunited with their loved ones. The chiefs who were in the hands of the militia for the last 60 days shared their side of the story as Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen vowed to ensure such incidents never happens again.
